Interview process started straightforward. I was contacted by a recruiter for the position. I had an HR screening, 1st and 2nd interviews with different levels of leadership in the division. One interviewer had some negative comments about my current company. The interviews were scheduled quickly and the company was good at communicating until after the second interview when they ghosted me. I followed up a couple times but no answer. It seemed unprofessional
