I applied online and felt I was a perfect fit for the role. After months of not receiving a call or interview, I located a company recruiter via LinkedIn and initiated a conversation. They felt I was indeed a good candidate and scheduled a phone screen with the hiring manager. I had several phone screens followed by an in person interview with 4-5 team members. The interview was pretty straightforward. Afterwards a verbal offer was given but additional time was needed to modify job descriptions/salary requirements etc. They only do onboarding every few weeks so that also added to the wait time. Overall the process took a while, so be patient.
