I had 2 interviews. Firstly I had a mock test from home with scenarios . After completing successfully the test I had a meeting with the social workers manager and the hr. Then I had a last meeting with the project manager with questions scenarios Very professional , friendly vibe, smart questions and talk.

They were responsive. After being shortlisted they send a written test within two weeks after that they invite you to an oral meeting which is the final procedure.The interview lasts for 45mins
