I applied online. I spoke to a recruiter from the facility that phone screened me. I then went onsite for an interview. They laid out the expectations and pay scale over the phone very well. It was outstanding customer service on their part.

I had 2 interviews, one over the phone and one over facetime. They were extremely transparent with me and told me exactly what to expect. They laid out the pay and the expectations very clearly.
