Had 2 interviews back to back, they said it was great and my portfolio was great. The position was for a low poly 3D Artist, and the posting was posted in a forum for developers who make retro style games.
They told me, they'll send me the contract after I send my 3D models I made for previous projects (a red flag, no company will ask you to send the 3D models directly in the hiring process, screenshots are sufficient)
After being ghosted, they told me the entire 3D Artist team thought my models were "too low poly" for the low poly position, despite my models being high poly.
Considering those models were for another project, and I sent them high poly models as well, it was clear they did not know 3D modeling themselves.
When asked a few months later, was given a bot response, that the position was filled, but they constantly have linkedin job postings implying they have high turnover.
My own contacts in the company talk about no sporadic work despite advertising it being fulltime.
