I had a phone call first and then a teams interview with a hiring manager. It was pretty open-ended and they mostly asked about previous experience and what I was looking to get out of the role or job. It went well and I am waiting for my technical interview to be scheduled.

They asked me how I handled collaboration or disagreements with team members / coworkers and how I processed materials and integrated design and testing protocols in my last position.
