2 phone interviews, one video interview, and one day in Portland doing two in person interviews and meeting team members doing similar work to what I would be doing in a new location. They needed someone who could take on a variety of tasks, work with little to no supervision most of the time and be flexible. Also needed exceptional person skills. Dug and background checks due to using company vehicles and having access to people's homes. Decision was within a week, a win-win for me and the company.
