I interviewed towards the end of 2022. The entire process was a bit tedious as I had 5 interviews over a 7 week period with 4/5 lasting for one hour. The actual interviews were very pleasant, they felt more like a conversation rather than an interview, so I genuinely enjoyed meeting the people, conversations and loved what the organization represented. Fast forward at the end of the 7 weeks when I received an offer for the role, this is where things took a negative turn. To put it mildly, I received a low-ball offer, more than 35% less than my current salary at the time. I explained all of that by email and they replied to say they were confident in the offer they sent, citing job descriptions with salaries (from my company at the time), however those salaries were wayyyy below my pay grade. Essentially, there was no negotiating with them, rather "take it or we'll move on to the next". I didn't appreciate that they didn't take the time to even have a conversation. That, in my opinion, is in poor taste for a professional organization.
