WOW! Must be one of the longest hiring processes I've ever had to deal with! Going on now for 28 days! No wonder they go through so many Service Managers. Too much red tape. Thinking about pulling my application at this point.

The "assessment test" is nothing more than profiling. Some nerdy psycologist must have talked his way into corporate to get them to do these tests. Again, no wonder they go through so many "candidates".
