Went over resume. Give you different scenerio to sell. Very laid back interview. Dress casual. Direct interview with branch manager . Will take anyone with any experience in sales.

Seemless. One of the best interview processes I've ever gone through. They do go through an extensive background check, driving record (you drive company cars that you can use for personal use!) And a drug test

Describe time you helped a difficult customer. The interview was on my phone and my answers were recorded. I could record my answers multiple times if I chose. The process took my a half hour and I found it to be very easy. I believe there were four questions.

The whole interview wasn't long. Actually kind of short. There was two employees present at the interview. It was a pretty relaxed envoirment even though I was far from relaxed. The two were very layed back and also very freindly. It was nice to say the least
