It was incredibly thorough, multiple interviews including the Recruiter, the Founders and a Career Interview which explored your entire Career Journey. I got the feeling early on that I had the chance to join something very special so I put a ton of effort into my Technical test which was to answer two simple questions by email. I submitted a 60+ page Canva Presentation and the rest is history!
