Had a 30 minute screening interview with the engineering manager. He asked about my past experience and to elaborate on projects with similar subject matter to the position. I had the opportunity to ask him my questions at the end.

It was Friendly, the questions are combination of difficult and easy, as long as you have an idea what it is they will guide you on so that you will come up with the correct idea.

Entrevista
The process consisted of a Skype Interview, this was the initial part. It began by setting a time and date for the interview and required the Skype application. The email the manager used was different from their point of contact. The questions were mostly soft balls, and they focused mostly on personality evaluations. A follow up interview would quiz the applicant on engineering knowledge.
