I was interviewed over the phone by the hiring manager. He was very good about explaining what he was looking for and what he expected of the person who would fill the roll. He explained his management style, where he was flexible and where he was firm. I don't care for phone interviews, but we were not able to be in the same place at the same time. He was very professional and let me know personally when he gave the position to someone internally.
