Spoke with an internal recruiter and the hiring manager over a 3 week period. After two weeks, I reached out to the recruiter, who said the hiring manager had very positive feedback but they had run into some internal delays. She would meet with him the next day and provide feedback shortly thereafter. Then I was ghosted for a month, despite two more follow-ups. I only came to realize I was not proceeding by seeing that they had closed the position on their site -- no notification or message was sent.
