An initial meeting for coffee with a man trying to learn about my former employer followed by a team interview. I know several of my former colleagues had this same process only to be told they were not a fit or they were not hiring just meeting people. I think they just want to know about how other SaaS businesses are working. I know of no less than 10 former colleagues who went through the same process not a single one with an offer.
