Had a schedule appointment to call their HR 4 weeks? I knew at that point they had already their candidate selected. On the call HR response were respectful but super awkward with long pauses. She had repeatedly asked me the same questions a few times and I had to repeat myself. This was the most awkward phone interview with lack of enthusiasm. At that point I would of appreciated a polite decline on the phone instead of wasting time.
