I applied online. I was sent a six-question quiz to fill out for the first interview. I was invited to a video call for the second interview with a panel. Most of the questions asked at the panel did not relate to curatorial work or my experience and instead were about conservation and collections management (both of which were not listed as part of the curator's role). At the end of the interview, they said they would let all applicants know their decision in one to two weeks. They started deliberating my lack of experience in front of me before they hung up the video call. They did not update me on the status of my application even after I emailed them to ask.
