      The recruiter did not know what DEIB meant and asked me to explain what the acronym was during the initial interview. I was informed that Tenent Healthcare does not want to go above the low range no matter what for the person they hire, regardless of experience, education, etc. I was scheduled to speak with Margie Arion, SVP-CHRO, Lead Operations. Margie stated to me that the purpose of the early morning call was ONLY to let me know that the role was not for me because I was not in 1 stagnant role for 6-10 years straight watching a project run its course. Instead, I was too DIVERSE, too PROJECT ORIENTED within several diverse fields and called me out (in a very dry, matter a fact, judgmental tone) on the length of time I spent with 1 particular company in my resume (although I have over a decade and a half of progressive HR C-suite experience). Overall, terrible candidate experience. Tenent is low balling candidates and not wanting to pay what they are valued from jump. Margie has more than enough time to set up a call to break you down, remind you of her privilege, and belittle your accomplishments as you show interest and respect. I do not feel that my time was valued, respected nor experience considered in order to make a sound judgment of my worth.
