It’s about the ways we manage or adjust our feelings to meet our goals or fit a situation.
For example:
If you feel angry at work but calm yourself before speaking — that's emotion regulation.
If you're feeling sad and you put on a funny movie to cheer up — that's emotion regulation too.
Failed the first group interview. It asked for business thinking and model for an intern position, which was totally out of my capability as a psychology major(which was encouraged in their job description). The whole group failed and none of us got to the second round
