Met at a career fair, everyone was very friendly and eager to meet me. They were basically just gaging my interest in the position. This eventually lead to me meeting them at one of their offices and it was all very casual. I basically just met everyone and went to lunch and that was it. Maybe a few phone calls in between then and when I got the offer but the whole process felt smooth. It wasn't like I was ever getting grilled or anything. If you have an engineering degree and they see that you have people skills and are passionate about sales, you got it.
