I had a pre-screen interview with HR. Then called me in for a face to face and e-mailed me a personality test. The individual who interviewed me asked me basic questions(tell me about yourself, about the company I work for etc.) However, it was hard to understand some of his sentences given his south american accent. Im not judging here, just indicating the flaw I found and I couldn't understand exactly what he was saying sometimes.
