Applied online and received a email from the HR recruiter weeks later to request a phone screen. I had the phone screen with the HR recruiter and it seemed to have gone well. However, she asked my pay expectations and I went by the Glassdoor estimate and asked for what I was making at my previous position. Well Tempus wanted to pay lower than the lower salary Glassdoor estimated for the position. I talked to the recruiter about the salary and was set up for a phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview went bad once I called the department a call center. It was described like a call center for the company but the manager didn’t like that I said that and it all went down the drain. I wasn’t selected.
