A co-founder and an associate conducted the interview for 30 min. First 20 min questions for me, then 10 min questions for them. Seems like they care a lot of the questions you ask.

You want to create perfect solutions, but reality is often not perfect - how do you cope with that?
First, I got an email from the recruiter and then he scheuled a call for screening. It was then followed by the hiring manager interview. They canceled the interview the morining of the interview and then they rescheduled it with no issue. The hiring manager was friendly.

The recruitment coordinator was helpful, responsive and friendly. The coding test is a bit ridiculous, though. They will judge you on coding style and adherence to conventions far more than your scientific rationale or ability to reason about experiments. Really impersonal and they don't treat you with much respect.
No recruiter screening, got to 1-1 hiring manager round recruiter responses very promptly, rejected one week after the interview, overall very smooth process. Hiring manager seems very smart and thinks really fast.
