My last interview at this employer was actually in 2005. I had several interviews, but the last ones I had included interviews with 4 people (who are no longer in these positions. I interviewed with 2 people on the first day (Finance mgr, and direct supervisor) and a few days later was called back to meet with the Dean and his assistant.

I applied in late November, and was contacted for a phone interview in mid-December. I had the phone interview in late December, followed by 3 in-person interviews in early January, and received the official offer for the position a couple weeks later.
