Initial phone screening with a department representative for approximately 20 minutes. In person panel interview for 45 minutes. Both conversations were very informative and allowed opportunities to both answer and ask questions about the role and team.

I think it varies from department to department, but most people are looking for whether or not you're a good fit for higher ed. You will also meet with a few different people, not just your supervisor.

Temple University often does a group interview as a part of the process. The interview itself is stright forward, but it can be challenging depends who the interviewers are in the group.
