I met with the Executive Director, she was very nice and I easy to talk to. I felt like the interview went well and I was able to answer all of the questions. I was given a thorough explanation of the position's responsibilities, expectations, etc. Sounds like they have a great group of people working at this organization. Unfortunately, they chose a candidate with more experience in their industry.
