Initial communication occurred at a career fair at my university. I was contacted via email by the head of HR to schedule an interview. The planning was flexible around my school schedule and consisted of two rounds of interviews. I was then interviewed by several heads of departments to see in which department I would fit best. The office was clean and bright but very sterile and the culture is very work oriented with an almost exclusively older employee base.
