First, I had to answer some forms, including my past experience, educational background and so on and so forth. Second, I had to go through the initial interview where I was interviewed by one of the TAs member. Lastly, I had the final interview where we had a mock call.

It was a one-day process. It will start with an initial interview through an AI. The receptionist will give you instructions on how to answer the AI to be able to proceed with the initial interview. After the interview, you are going to have the assessment. If you pass the assessment, you can proceed to the final interview with a mock call.
