Due to the employee referral, the process was very quick. I have read other reviews that detailed longer wait times, but I believe the employee referral dramatically shortened the timeline in my case. I was interviewed by the section manager, who was very polite and offered to schedule the phone interview at a mutually convenient time. The interview itself consisted of reviewing job requirements, including travel. We discussed the job in detail and how it fit into the larger picture of the company. Then, we moved on to a few technical QA questions (how would you handle this problem, scenario, etc). There wasn't as natural a flow to the interview as I would have liked, but my inexperience contributed to that as well. Even though I did not receive an offer, I learned from the process and appreciated the opportunity.

Interview process was very unorganized and not friendly for me. I applied in october2011 and they called me in a week. Telephonic round and HR round was very well professionally done. Face to face was not well organized. The meeting rooms were less lighted and markers didn't work. For a manual QA position they asked me to write PL SQL by one person and and the next interviewer asked for C++ code. one person was interviewing and other person jumped into the room and they kept meeting room door open. I was not so comfortable to continue the interview or join the company.
