Five (5) separate virtual interviews over 5 weeks. Sounded genuinely interested. Recruiter was reachable throughout. When last interview was over, I asked when we would expect to hear on a decision and was told "HR should be contacting you this week". Friday came and went. Emailed recruiter who is now radio silent. Just saw that hiring manager posted the day we were supposed to hear back that they are still looking for one of the positions, which means they had made their decision and "moved on" 4 days ago but no one even had the courtesy to let me know. I find that highly unprofessional. Why even bother to keep me moving forward with interviews to the next level , if they liked me enough, and then scrap all of the candidates and start over looking for the other position available? It's just ridiculous. Wasted their time and mine.
