SMART process was used. Good prep info provided ahead but hard to predict what was going to be asked in the interview. Nice people but no feedback after. Wish they had followed up.

Poor interview process. Just interviewed by multiple people but only one person made the decision. People were not well prepared to interview me. Executives I interviewed with seemed not to be very interested in you.
