Lengthy and repetetive. I had to meet with the hiring manager and the targeting rep also. I flew to corporate to interview with several upper management members and I also had to submit a drug test. I felt this interview process to be average in comparison to others.

Walk me through your resume. What is your five year plan?
The process was fast and highly efficient. I was able to get through more than half the interview process in less than a week. Love the sense of urgency. Have greatly enjoyed the process.

Straight forward interview process. 3-4 interviews. Very conversational. Some behavioral questions. At the time of my interview a personality test was required, which is done via phone. Overall not a bad process.

5 interviews, none of them were very difficult. Hardest objection you'll likely have to overcome is if you have industry experience or not. If you don't it could be difficult to break into medical device
