First had to do an online test, which was completely different from what you usually expect. I passed on to the next stage which was a video interview and then went to the assessment centre. The assessment centre they made you feel as comfortable as possible and it was such a great atmosphere, one of the best Assesment days I've been to. Had a group exercise, an interview and a presentation. Unfortunately didn't get the role. But got great feedback and they thought I was a great match. Still scratching my head, but will defo do it again.
