On-site: Relatively informal one-on-one interviews with four potential close coworkers plus HR. Required salary history and expectation on paper employment application at start of interviews. Interview questions were fairly standard from hiring manager and HR. The potential coworkers had some questions on my knowledge of the technology involved. Plant tour then taken to lunch. Received an offer one week later.
