Applied online and got a call to interview. Met with the Engineering Manager, Test Engineer, and hiring manager. The interview itself was not very technical, but seemed more personality based. Apparently, they weren't in the mood for a hard working person with a laid back, reserved personality.

it took 2-3 weeks for them to call me and set up an interview. I was there for 3 and half hours interview with 3 people and got a full tour of the place
