Very lengthy process. Went through 3 rounds of interviews. Poor communication from the recruiters (no response after the last round). First talk with a recruiter then interviewed with a supervisor and manager for the second round via video call. Supervisor's demeanor was less than appealing. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but in this interview. Manager was condescending. Manager made references to how difficult this job is and basically said I wouldn't be good at it. Left this interview thinking I wouldn't go forward. I decided to move forward in the process. Had another interview with a different supervisor and manager. This interview went well and I was excited to work with this team. I continued to communicate with the recruitment team who decided to completely ghost me after this. One month later I received an automated rejection letter.
