The process took 3 weeks. 1st Round - 30mins - Taken by coordinator - Brief intro about yourself and generic and simple questions. 2nd Round - 30 mins - Taken by manager , projects related and selenium related basic questions. 3rd Round - Technical Round - 1 hour - Taken by 3 people , asking all possible technical questions. Worst part is same questions were asked multiple times by different individual. The questions were asked not to analyse the candidate but to complete the task of taking interview. They were hardly bothered about the answers you give, they wont even listen. Even after giving all the answers and investing so much of your time , you will not receive any response or feedback, they will ghost away. Do not waste your time in interviewing with this firm.

Sorry to say this but it was one of the worst ever interview process. Lack of proper communication at every step in the process. Interviewers were not interested in what I was saying and were distracted. Questions were pinpointed to one area even though I mentioned to the interviewer that I didn’t have much experience on that specific skillset.
