Four rounds of discussions were held which started with a coding round that assesses the basic coding knowledge. This was followed by a technical discussion to gauge the understanding of the Performance Engineering Skills, Concepts and roles. The other two were with the senior management discussing the roles and responsibilities followed by a HR discussion

Coding and technical was asked. They asked se coding questions and performance concepts like database, clous, cpu, mem profiling. They also asked about the current work and technology even they asked about the previous companies work and project. Overall it was good interview. If you know the stuff you can easily crack the interview. Interviewers have good knowledge on technologies and they know what are they looking for.
