The Interview Process started with a scheduled 30 mins phone screening, the interviewer was a recently employed person. The interviewer asked me a number of questions, regarding my resume and some behavioral questions. Then gave a case study in the last 5-7 mins which I answered and solved from a consultant's perspective. They rejected me with an email later with no plausible reason that they can explain.

1) Describe your previous employment work? 2) Tell me about the XYZ situation and your reactions to it. 3) XYZ company is facing challenges to differentiate its product offering, what should they do or strategies they should adopt to retain a profitable position in the market?
