The interview is a three step process. You first speak with someone over the phone. Which the representative that I was interviewed by was very polite and professional. Then you are explained the job requirements and asked what skills you have to offer to the company.

They want to make sure that they are hiring the best of the best but also really show that they want to know you as a person. Entrevista
I received a call for an interview, and went in three days later to speak with someone from HR regarding an Account Manager position. There were two other people in the waiting room with me, which I suppose is not unusual, but the gentleman who went before me came out in less than 10 minutes. When I went back, I understood why. The position that I interviewed for was titled Account Manager, but what they really wanted me to do was door-to-door sales for AT&T and DirecTV.
