Got ghosted after 4 rounds of interview As per my experience, they are not hiring just conducting interviews and posting positions on LinkedIn to gain followers. Kindly invest time accordingly.....

First got a message on LinkedIn for a PM role. Then got a call for PM intern role which I was ok with. Just asked two questions by one interviewer and never got a response back after that call. Tried calling again after a couple of days and messaging on LinkedIn but no answer. This looked like just the recruiter wanted to get some targets. The recruiters should atleast give feedback if rejected or not.
