The interview process was a four staged one. The first stage was to test your Aptitude, the second was related to basic coding skills, the third stage was a little tougher coding one ( I may not say tougher but application oriented being little tricky) and finally a one on one interview. This was the first professional interview I have ever faced but even was able to pass through. I mentioned this not to hype my skill rather to say what the team has concentrated on. It is not your grades, not your magical skills but simply your basic academic knowledge and the way you apply them.
