Typically sales roles conduct panel interviews with executive members and management- not this company. They conduct a group interview with other candidates! The first group interview is an actual joke as you listen to the President talk about his Ferrari and how he never got anywhere in corporate America. He claims his company is not a “get rich quick scheme” (word for word)- yet you won’t get paid for at least the first 5 months. You have to make the company money before you can make yourself money. Candidates were falling asleep on camera during the group interview and we were clearly all disappointed that this opportunity was a sham. Any self respecting salesman should steer clear of this scam.
