First interview was a phone call. This was a general Q/A about what I was looking for. Second interview was a face-to-face interview going over my skillset and resume. After about a week, they called and I spoke with them for an hour discussing my resume and all my past jobs. The discussion was about what I liked and didn't like in my past work experiences. She offered suggestions on modifying my resume and then she found my dream job. She really made it 'tailor made' just for me. It was a great experience.
