The process was unique. 1st, met with a hiring manager via videoconference, then met onsite with 3 more people. The interview was more a conversation than an interview. They try to assess fit more than grill you or try to trip you up. Fantastic experience. If you have a chance to interview with Technoform, do not pass it up
