so the overall selection process were clear and transparent. the first round was with online test that contains quants and technical questions related to thermal and general mechanical engineering, cuz am a mechanical engineer. then the next round was group discussion with a panel of 20 members at a time and, the result for GD was not released and was added for final cumulative results. after GD, I had my interview with a single person. The person interviewed me was a senior engineer and he conducted both Technical and HR interviews at the same time. The interview was easy and he asked me to first give my self introduction, then i started telling my project works and then finally ended up with few questions. one of the important thing in the selection is that, they select candidates using cumulative score that you finally. it means that the scores you get in all the stages are important.
