Interview process was held with line manager and HR manager. Discussed the company and role and my experience asked me why I had left my previous company, Then asked me how I would implement changes to their demand process to make it better. Wanted to know if I was happy to work and give my role 100% for a temporary role as this was for maternity cover only.
