The process is fairly straightforward. I applied with a referral and was contacted within a few weeks for a brief phone interview and invited for a panel interview. After another week or so I was invited to a second panel interview with multiple supervisors in different departments. They took turns grilling me and after a few days I was given an offer. You will not have much control over which job or department you will be assigned to. You are expected to work where they need you at the time.
