I applied for this position through a job portal and subsequently received a call from HR. There were two rounds of interviews: the first was a technical round, and the second was with someone who I believe is a higher management authority. The second round was particularly frustrating because the interviewer asked me questions about Drupal, even though I had applied for a Magento position. This experience was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. After that, they offered me a meagre 36 thousand more than what I was already earning.
