Sent in resume and received a call from HR to come in for an interview. Interviewed with 4 employees separately and the hiring authority. Called back in to interview with the hiring authority a second time. Took a Harrison assessment and then negotiated compensation package. Background and reference check. Written offer received.

First heard about job from recruiter. Then had a phone interview with Director of Talent Acquisition. Met with key people on two separate occasions. After this I was asked to take an online personality assessment.
